Seasonal- Guest Services On Call Technician

Join Cape Cod’s leading select vacation rentals team and be our “Go-To” person.

  • Timeframe - May 22 – September 3 (potentially longer)
  • Five days a week. Friday – Tuesday
  • Time - 6pm – 12am
  • Wage - $25/hr.
  • Projected annual compensation - $11,250.

Must be ready and able to respond immediately to phone/text requests across a variety of issues. Solve problems via phone/text or personal visits as the situation calls for.

Qualifications

  • Driver’s License and reputable driving record
  • Background check
  • Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun and fast paced environment
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills
  • Dependable time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background (i.e. other team members, property owners, rental guests, cleaning crews and other vendors)
  • Clean and professional appearance
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Ability to operate a propane/natural gas grill
  • Provide your own transportation. Use of company vehicle as needed.
  • Ability to think creatively to resolve an issue on the fly, such as troubleshooting wi-fi or a minor tech issue (cable, smart tv, etc..)
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds – for example, AC window units, linen bags, mini-fridge, etc.
