Brewster Ladies' Library Yoga Neighborhood

Yoga Neighborhood classes are taught by trauma informed teachers that lead from the front of the room. Classes begin with a centering, focused on breathing, followed by gentle stretching and movement and ends with a final resting pose. Modifications are given during classes and all participants are encouraged to find what feels best in each pose. Classes are beginner friendly and also great for those who have been practicing yoga. Everyone is welcome to class regardless of experience and will leave you feeling refreshed!

Please bring whatever supplies you might need including a yoga mat, water bottle, etc.
