-help locating and filling out online applications
-transferring pictures or other documents

Unfortunately we cannot:

-repair broken, locked, or infected devices
-wipe hard drives and/or set up new accounts on previously owned devices
-enter sensitive information for patrons (e.g. credit card information, social security number, online banking, etc.)
-restore deleted email accounts or online accounts
