Provincetown Walk for Alzheimer's

Begun as a grassroots "pay-it-forward" gesture in Provincetown, the Alzheimer’s Family Support Center brings together hundreds of people from both sides of the Cape Cod Canal to raise funds to support the AFSC’s array of no-cost services for families like yours or your neighbor’s who are walking the walk for the people they love. Please join us and help us raise funds for Alzheimer’s families. Until there’s a cure there’s community.
