Join the AFSC for a tea party to celebrate our 5th year of free service!

Come to a celebratory tea party on Saturday, April 6, from 2 - 4 pm at the Harwich Community Center, 100 Oak St, Harwich. Give the AFSC a birthday gift by helping us kickstart Harwich's own annual Dave Birtwell Memorial Alzheimer's Walk. Eat, drink,  sign up to walk, join a team or form your own! You don't have to walk to give and you don't have to give to support this community effort. All funds support free services for the Cape's Alzheimer's/dementia families.
