Come celebrate spring with the Alzheimer's Family Support Center and support free services for the Cape's Alzheimer's/dementia community! This year's Dave Birtwell Memorial Walk for Alzheimer's features music by the Sound Dunes, dancing with the New England Wellness Foundation, and a barbecue lunch with Harwich's own Ed McManus as Grill Master!
