Cape Cod Museum of Natural History Science Stroll
Hands on and interactive, don’t miss our very special Science Stroll this February Vacation, coming to the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 from 10:30am – 2pm. Take a journey across land, sea and air with Museum volunteers in our auditorium. Budding explorers will get to peer through microscopes, conduct their own experiments and build their own craft projects to take home! It’s an action-packed program for any child with an interest in how the world they live in really works, including: • See through a horseshoe crab's eyes, and watch baby horseshoe crabs swim. • Explore marine food webs from plankton to whales • Plant seeds to start your own wildflower garden. • Do a beachcombing scavenger hunt to earn a prize. • Make a butterfly to take home as you learn about pollinators. • Craft 3D Acorn People while you learn about mighty oaks. • Create colorful art from leaf-rubbing.
