Dr. Mires will be discussing his nearly 20 year career in archaeology and training opportunities for the public (adults, college, high and middle school students) in maritime archaeology through the international organization, the Nautical Archaeology Society (NAS), for which he is a Senior Tutor for the New England Region.
Dr. Calvin Mires is a Visiting Assistant Professor at Bridgewater State University in the Department of Anthropology.
