Cape Cod Museum of Natural History Mudflat Mania!

The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History presents July & August dates for Mudflat Mania! 2025. Join our Mudflat Mania! Naturalists on our highly popular hikes to Cape Cod Bay and explore the life on and below the Brewster flats. This 90-minute family program includes a 20-minute walk out to the flats, where you will learn and explore with the guides, then walk back to the Museum. Wear comfortable hiking or water shoes, and bring a sun hat, a towel, pail, and shovel. Add a notebook, curiosity, and an eagerness to learn for a great experience designed for the whole family! *Nets, pails, water, sunscreen, and our essential Mudflat Mania! Guidebook can be purchased through the Museum’s Science Shop.
