Event Description:
The BPC is honored to feature Nancy Leland, a cyanobacteria research scientist, and Hailey Carter, research fellow at the University of New Hampshire (UNH), to talk about this important topic. The UNH Center for Freshwater Biology in Public Private partnership with Lim-Tex analyzes monitoring techniques for cyanobacteria research in fresh water ponds, with a focus on volunteer "Citizen Scientists" to collect samples to provide data for analysis of the presence of cyanobacteria.

A full buffet breakfast will be served followed by a brief business meeting that includes a summary of 2019 accomplishments, election of board members, and the announcement of the 2019 Splash Award winner. Keynote presentation follows.
