Join us for a virtual chat with food writer, cookbook author, and magazine editor Erin Byers Murray. Erin will discuss her book Shucked: Life on a New England Oyster Farm, which won the New England Society Book Award. Called “part love letter, part memoir and part documentary about the world’s most beloved bivalves,” Shucked is the story of Erin’s time on an oyster farm in Duxbury, Massachusetts.
