A NEW offering from Arts Empowering Life: A Community Band for players of all ages and abilities Discover the joy of music in the company of kindred spirits. Outer Cape Winds, a vibrant new wind ensemble, welcomes individuals of all ages and abilities to share in the magic of making music together. Whether you’re a seasoned player or have just begun your musical journey, join us as we create harmonious melodies and forge lasting friendships. Repertoire will include classic wind ensemble music, marches, Broadway tunes, and more

First two rehearsals are free of charge. Fee for full semester: $200 for 11 weeks (22 rehearsals) or $150 for one rehearsal/week
