In-Person Mindfulness Training and Practice
AFSC is excited to announce the first offering of the AFSC Community-wide Dementia Awareness Program. Each month, we will be offering educational programming for caregivers, people living with cognitive challenges, and community members who want to learn more about cognitive health and subjects pertinent to life with dementia-related diseases. These programs are cost-free and open to the public.
