About the Presenters

Ann Ellis is a licensed massage therapist specializing in myofascial release. She has a private practice in Brewster and is fascinated by the mind-body connection. She helps her clients with healing and embodiment through myofascial release, shamanic work, dialog, and sound alchemy using the crystal bowls and other sound tools. She finds that direct touch or gentle self-aware movment begins the opening of body wisdom and that sound penetrates with a deep, irresistible, gentle vibration to open the system further than is possible with touch, movement, thought, or intention alson.
