We will explore several ways of doing this, looking at the foods we choose, decisions we make while shopping, and reducing what we waste in our kitchens. Please come and join in this important class about eating for the health of our planet.
About the Presenter
Judy Palken, MNS, RD, LDN is a registered dietitian who translates the science of nutrition into practical recommendations. In her classes, Judy teaches how great food choices and other healthful behaviors can reduce inflammation, promote good health, and help us to feel our best. She uses fine art paintings to convey her messages and inspire great choices.
