Brewster Ladies' Library Discovery & Enrichment Series to Present "The Pelvis Party"
The Brewster Ladies’ Library Discovery & Enrichment Series will host a “Pelvis Party” talk at the library on March 4 from 6-7:30 pm. Pelvic health changes in mid-life, yet silence around it can lead to serious issues. Nurse Practitioner Jaymie Adachi will break the stigma, sharing how pelvic health impacts overall well-being and ways to prevent discomfort.
