AFSC: Dave Birtwell Memorial Walk for Alzheimer's

Begun as a grassroots "pay-it-forward" gesture in Harwich, the Alzheimer’s Family Support Center brings together hundreds of people from both sides of the Cape Cod Canal to raise funds to support the AFSC’s array of no-cost services for families like yours or your neighbor’s who are walking the walk for the people they love.
