DESCRIPTION:The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History\n\nPresents\n\nGadgets & Gizmos\n\nwith\n\nLarry Brookhart\n\nBREWSTER\, MA   The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History in Brewster presents Gadgets & Gizmos with Larry Brookhart July 5   7 & July 10   14\, 2023 10:30am-12pm.\n\nStep into our workshop as we create things that are part optical illusions\, part physics stunts\, part silly gizmos and a whole lot of fun! Take your gadgets home and amaze and/or tease your friends with them.\n\n \n\nLarry Brookhart taught technology and computer science classes for 24 years at Harwich Elementary School in Harwich\, Massachusetts.  Twelve years ago\, he along with fellow astronomers Tom Leach and Dr. Timothy Barker\, professor of astrophysics at Wheaton College\, created The Harwich Observatory located at Harwich Elementary School.    \n\n \n\nOver the years Mr. Brookhart has introduced students to enrichment programs including creating animations\, programming computer games\, building robots and exploring celestial wonders.\n\n \n\n \n\nTickets: $15 per person / Space Limited/ Available online at www.ccmnh.org\n\nAge appropriate for ages 8+\n\n*Does not include Museum Admission
