She has a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from Cornell University\, and spent many years in Boston hospitals\, with a specialty in cardiac nutrition. More recently\, she has worked in nutrition research in the Division of Preventive and Behavioral Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester. Currently Judy develops nutrition classes\, teaching how great food choices and other healthful behaviors can reduce inflammation\, promote good health\, and help us to feel our best.
