His teaching and research have focused on privacy\, regulatory policy\, and the economics of the telecommunication and information technology industries. In addition to his academic endeavors\, Dr. Roycroft has filed testimony\, reports\, and affidavits in over 100 proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission\, state regulatory commissions\, the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission\, and in state and federal courts.
