DESCRIPTION:In this class\, we'll learn the basics of using ink and watercolor to add a little bit of magic to our art. Working from observation and imagination\, we'll learn to illustrate Gnomes and Fairies in our environment and create fantastical works of art. In this workshop you'll learn the basics of light\, color\, composition\, and character design and be able to take that with you to create more of your own art! For ages 16 and up.\n\nAbout the Instructor: Gabriel Ribeiro is an artist and illustrator born in Brazil and raised in the enchanting landscapes of Cape Cod. With a passion for capturing the essence of nature's wonders and the fantastical through watercolors\, he draws inspiration from the untamed and breathtaking shores and woodlands of the Cape to create his work in both his picture book illustrations and paintings.
