DESCRIPTION:CLICK TO REGISTER FOR THE VIRTUAL WALK & GIVE FOR ALZHEIMER'S\n\n \n\nEven though our walk will be held virtually\, we fully intend to make it fun! On Sunday\, October 17\, we will have walk hubs set up throughout the Cape where you can drop off donations and pick up AFSC t-shirts\, goody bags from Cosmos catering\, walk sign-up sheets\, and maps for walks in each area. \n\n \n\nHubs will be active from 10 am until 2 pm. Locations are:\n\n \n\nPROVINCETOWN   Town Hall\, 260 Commercial St.\n\nBREWSTER   Drummer Boy Park\, Rte. 6A in West Brewster\n\nHYANNIS   Neurologists of Cape Cod\, 46 North St.\n\nFALMOUTH   Falmouth Human Services\, 65A Town Hall Square\n\n \n\nAs you know\, COVID-19 has been particularly challenging for the AD/dementia community. Since bringing all AFSC services online it has become apparent that people everywhere need the free supports we provide. Because of the pandemic\, this is our only fundraiser we are holding this year\, so please get out and help us if you can!
