This is how he describes himself: \n\n																					 \n\n																					"I love to sing\, dance\, roller skate\, cycle\, play tennis\, and teach\, among other pursuits. I am a retired registered nurse and a certified personal trainer.\n\n																					 \n\n																					I belong to the Cape Cod Ballroom Dance Association\, and I just started teaching balance and ballroom dancing at the Dennis Senior Center. I'm a grandfather\, beginning my 80th year of life\, and having a ball."\n\n																					 \n\n																					Please join Frank at the Cape Cod Museum of Art in Dennis on Monday\, December 13\, for a program of breathing\, dancing\, and fun! Much of the session will be done while seated\; all abilities are welcome! All participants must be vaccinated and masks are required. Space is limited\, so you must registration in advance. The event will also be available live on Zoom if you prefer.
